Executive Director Job Opening The Southeast Asian Ministry (SeAM) is a partnership minstry of the ELCA St. Paul Area Synod. SeAM, a faith-based ministry, serves people of diverse cultures - Hmong, Cambodian, KaRen, and others - who are new to our community as they strive to achieve self-reliance. Full-time Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for planning and executive of activities to advance the mission of the organization. Duties include: stragetic planning; fundraising; preparing annual budget and overseeing financial administration; hiring; supervising and providing direction to a small staff and volunteers; advocating for the ministry and for Southeast Asians and other new immigrants and refugees; developing and maintaining relationships with the Synod, congregations, and institutions. Starting salary approximately $38,000 and up, depending on qualifications. Pensions, health, and other benefits provided through ELCA Pensions Board.
